An application in both IOS and Android environment specialized for aging people in Australia, providing friendly support with how to use mobile applications easily and confidently. The demo app has been developed by Sketch.
Easy step is a proposed mobile application, mainly focusing on coaching aging people to use mobile applications to make their life more convenient. This app improved interface design to enhance the visibility of associated application, and also provided friendly instructions to users.
In order to understand the scenario of user experience, the user story analysis has been conducted to better interpret and present the goal of users and how they can achieve that.
